I am 18 years old. Vegan for about a years, Vegetarian for about six years now. Now Gluten free since October 2012.
A year ago, I've decided I had enough with my ED. I wasn't happy anyway. In my mind nor in my body. I started working out 30 minutes 4 to 5 times a week. I've lost 45 pounds in September.
This years, it won't be about the number on the scale. I've been focusing on toning for a month now. Yoga and Pilates will be my best friends in 2013 along with running my soulmate. I will run less, cause I have lost enough. But I won't ever quit running.
I don't care about the number anymore. I want to feel strong, sexy and confident and no numbers will make me feel this way.
